Spacious and very private, this luxury home offers several relaxation areas, with a a comfortable lounge with beige and orange tones in the main building. It is separated from the indoor dining room by a very contemporary staircase. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast bar to chat over a coffee at any time. The wide openings onto the terrace don t feature bay windows, which creates a bright and comfy space gently blown by the trade winds, in the extraordinary glow of St-Barths. A second dining room with adjoining kitchen and barbecue is located in the second building, in a fine, dark stone setting close to the sparkling swimming pool, the best spot for unique moments with family or friends.

Between the two buildings, PANORAMIC's terrace features a magnificent heated swimming pool, with a shallow area at one corner. Deckchairs are provided at the rear under the covered area and at the front of the pool a few steps further down, the ideal place to marvel at the beautiful panorama. Local shrubs provide a charming touch of vegetation, with the view over the deep-blue ocean and the rolling hills. This is a very private and ultra-luxurious place to sip a cocktail and enjoy the mild tropical air in a privileged environment

The vacation rental PANORAMIC consists of five air-conditioned bedrooms with views over the ocean and the island's lush vegetation. They all offer office areas, HDTVs and en suite bathrooms, some of which with showers and bathtubs. Two of them are upstairs in the first building, and two others also upstairs in the second building, with private access to the terrace. The fifth bedroom, ideal for teenagers or your staff, is located on the lower level under the pool and opens onto the garden.
