This wonderful villa is surrounded by a beautiful large garden with many pine trees and total tranquillity. There are also numerous lawn areas where the children can play and, in the centre of the beautiful garden, the organic swimming pool. This villa is ideal for a vacation with family or couple travelling together.

The area is surrounded by many sea beaches, the closest being Cala Tropicana 3.1 km away. There are many other beaches which you may visit and soak in some sand and water. There is a weekly market from where you can buy the essential commodities 7.5 km away.

The house has a living room with a fireplace and piano, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a covered terrace with barbecue in the backyard with a table for 6 people. There is also Wi-Fi and TV with satellite dishes.The house is filled with ample outdoor seating and, inside, has a style that lovingly combines rustic comfort and modern convenience, a cosy sitting room in front of the fireplace and a modern LCD TV are available in the living room.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
