Villa Luisa can accommodate up 12 guests in its 5 bedrooms, 4 are located on the first floor and a service room on the ground floor, they are divided as follow: all the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and TV
Room 1 has a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and two washbasin, there is also a private terrace.
Room 2 has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a private terrace
Room 3 has two twin beds bathroom with shower and two washbasin, there is also a private terrace.
Room 4 has 4 bunk beds en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a private terrace

Room 5 - Service room has a single bed, a private bathroom and it can be used as kids room, is it possible to add an extra bed.

This property offer to its guests the wi fi connection, air conditioning, underfloor reversing heating, motorboat, the security system and the extra housekeeping service, to guarantee all the comfort for a unique holiday with friends and family, close to the beach and just 15 minutes away from all the amenities.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard

Pets not allowed
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
