Villa Matilde No. 2 consisting of five adjoining apartments is composed as follows:
First unit: the apartment has three bedrooms, including an air-conditioned double bedroom with an additional single bed, a twin bedroom and a third double bedroom with an additional one and a half double sofa bed. A very large dining room complete with a kitchen with every comfort for preparing meals. A full bathroom with dressing room and shower cubicle and available to guests two large verandas, one on the front and one on the back, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches or dinners, perfect for letting your four-legged friends play in total safety.
Second unit: the apartment consists of a dining room furnished with table and chairs and a kitchen complete with every comfort for preparing meals. The apartment has four bedrooms, each equipped with a ceiling fan: a double bedroom with the addition of a single bed, a double bedroom with a single bed in addition, a double bedroom, a double bedroom and finally a double bedroom. The structure also has two bathrooms, one full internal with a shower box and an external one with a shower box but without a bidet where there is also a washing machine available for guests. Guests also have two large verandas, one on the front and one on the back, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches or dinners, perfect for letting your four-legged friends play.
Third unit: the apartment consists of the mezzanine floor with an entrance equipped with a double sofa bed, a living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs and another one and a half sofa bed, a large kitchen furnished with table and chairs and a kitchenette complete with every comfort for preparing meals. There are two bedrooms, one double with an additional air-conditioned single bed and an air-conditioned twin bedroom. The property has a full bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a dressing room. To complete the apartment there are two large verandas, one on the front and one on the back, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches or dinners, perfect for our four-legged friends to play.
Fourth unit: the apartment consists of a living area at the entrance with a comfortable one and a half sofa bed complete with a dining room with kitchen equipped with every comfort for preparing meals. The property has an air-conditioned double bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower box, and an external cold shower shared with the adjoining apartment. In addition, guests have a front porch, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners, perfect for letting our four-legged friends play.
Fifth unit: the apartment consists of a dining room furnished with table and chairs and complete with a kitchen equipped with every comfort for preparing meals. Two bedrooms both air conditioned, one double with two additional single beds and another twin bedroom. To complete the apartment there is a full bathroom with shower cubicle equipped with a dressing room and a veranda on the front ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners, perfect for letting your four-legged friends play. Outside the structure there is also a cold shower shared with the adjoining apartment.
Among the many amenities available to guests are air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, barbecue, outdoor shower and free street parking.
Mancaversa is a quiet and charming seaside resort in Salento, known for its crystal clear waters and its suggestive cliffs. A few steps from the apartment, you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the local beaches, including the famous Punta Pizzo Beach and the wonderful Green Bay of Gallipoli, both just a short distance away. Nearby you will also find the Regional Natural Park of Punta Pizzo and Isola di Sant'Andrea, ideal for excursions and nature walks.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
