Villas CARO and GYPSEA feature open-plan living rooms with soft sofas and comfortable armchairs, as well as well-equipped kitchens with breakfast bars. Villa GYPSEA also has a beautiful indoor dining room to have meals in a quiet atmosphere. You can also enjoy the privacy of one of the two villas as you wish. The two villas offer exceptional views over the infinite ocean, as well as wide openings onto the tropical vegetation. In this idyllic scenery, the atmosphere is soft and restful.

The complex CARO ESTATE offers two beautiful and large terraces with panoramic ocean views. Under the covered areas, there are outdoor dining rooms to dine al fresco in the gentle trade winds. You will love swimming in the three pools, two of which are in villa GYPSEA, and enjoy the island s sun on the comfy loungers under the shade of the palm trees. Private and quiet places to have a rest are the well-furnished gazebos at your disposal on both terraces, one of which is very close to the heated infinity swimming pool, the perfect place to admire the outstanding view. What s more in the evening, you'll marvel at the glowing beauty of the sunsets over the ocean, in an idyllic atmosphere lulled by the tropical breeze.

CARO ESTATE welcomes large groups of up to eighteen people in nine air-conditioned bedrooms. All have en-suite bathrooms, king or twin beds and HDTVs. Wood hints and a soothing sand-colored decor create a restful and tranquil atmosphere, perfect to enjoy your stay in St. Barths in absolute luxury and calm.
