The bright and spacious living and dining area offers an open-plan layout, creating a welcoming atmosphere for moments of relaxation and togetherness.



On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, all with double beds, one of which is en suite. This floor also includes an additional bathroom and a guest toilet, ensuring total convenience.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals with ease and comfort.



Outside, the villa invites you to unwind with a private pool that can be heated (additional cost), sun loungers for soaking up the sun, a garden with comfortable furniture, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue.



The terrace features a jacuzzi (additional cost) and sun loungers, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset.



Just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants, bars, and the centre of Carvoeiro, Villa Farol Boutique offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 3000 per group (payment by credit/debit card).

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €500 / Groups: €3000 per group (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Charming Coastal Retreat

This boutique villa is the ideal refuge for a relaxing Algarve holiday. The superb location, just steps away from the beach and close to Carvoeiro, offers a perfect mix of serenity and convenience. The bright, open-plan areas and the beautiful outdoor space, complete with a private pool, made our stay utterly enjoyable. This is a highly recommended property for a comfortable getaway.

Amazing stay in the heart of Carvoeiro

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Farol Boutique. The location couldn’t be better, just a short stroll to the beach and restaurants, yet in a quiet area that feels very private. The villa itself is stylish, modern, and immaculately clean. We especially enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi at sunset, such a relaxing way to end the day. The heated pool was a great bonus too. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had in the Algarve!

Stylish, relaxing and perfectly located

We had such a great experience at Villa Farol Boutique. From the welcoming atmosphere to the tasteful decor, everything felt thoughtfully arranged. The en-suite bedroom was super comfortable, and the rooftop jacuzzi was an unexpected luxury that made our trip feel extra special. Being able to walk to the beach and local restaurants made it very convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yet central place in Carvoeiro.

Perfect family villa with great outdoor space

Villa Farol Boutique was perfect for our family holiday. The house is well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. The garden and pool area were a big highlight, we spent most of our time outside enjoying meals on the terrace and soaking up the sun. The beach is really close by, which made it easy to go back and forth with the kids. We can’t wait to return!
