Air Conditioning
The house is equipped with air conditioning units to ensure your comfort during your stay. We kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning when you're not at home, both for sustainability and to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

Parking
The property offers two private parking spaces inside the premises. Additionally, there is space to park up to three cars in front of the house. Please keep in mind that neighbors also need parking space, so we kindly ask you to park with respect and consideration.

Security Cameras
For your safety, the house is equipped with security cameras located at the entrance and in the parking area. These cameras are installed exclusively for protection purposes and do not record any indoor or private areas.

Bicycles
Two bicycles are available for guest use. After using them, please return them to the same place where you found them, and ensure they are left in good condition.
