Casa de Madeira is a quietly situated, luxurious 6-person forest villa with a lovely garden. This spacious villa has three bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 toilets. The spacious, bright living room is tastefully decorated and has a Smart TV. You will find an open kitchen with a hob, extractor hood, (combi) oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. This villa has 3 bedrooms; downstairs a double bedroom with wardrobe, upstairs a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washbasin and an infrared sauna. Through the patio doors in the living room you reach the spacious garden with terrace at the front and back of the house, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. The forest villa has a living area of approximately 105 m2. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Next to the house there is space to park two cars.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
