The property is situated on a quiet residential street just 20 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive from central Swansea.

It's just a 20 minute walk to central Swansea, home to an array of shops restaurants and bars. There are also local busses servicing the nearby main road.
Swansea train station is a 20 minute walk away.
