For a day of city adventures or a supermarket run, Swansea’s bright lights are only 6 miles away. If it’s wilder scenery you’re after, the dramatic Three Cliffs Bay (6.5 miles) is a must-see, with its limestone formations, salt marshes and sand dunes.
