We are an active couple who enjoy being outdoors but like coming back to a comfortable apartment where we can enjoy the everchanging view of the bay and sit and read or watch T.V. We enjoy eating good food and love cooking but also enjoy eating out and having a glass of wine in one of the many local bars and restaurants.
Why they chose this property
This property is in the heart of Mumbles , on the coast path and the gateway to the beautiful Gower Peninsula. It is also only 5 miles from Swansea Marina and the hustle and bustle of city life . We can walk and run from the door, swim from just across the road and relax in one of the many local bars and restaurants. There are many independent and high street shops so we are well served by all amenities.
