Cozy and cozy wooden cottage, Extraordinary Beerze. Pet-friendly

An exceptionally cosy and charming holiday home! It’s located in a setting surrounded by nature, yet close to one of the oldest Hanseatic cities in Overijssel. The cottage has a spacious, enclosed garden. It’s also a wonderful place to relax indoors during the colder evenings.

Buitengewoon is located on a small-scale campground with no amenities—it’s purely a place for peace and quiet and to enjoy the surroundings.

The cottage is approximately 45 m² and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bathroom features a rain shower and handheld showerhead, a toilet, and a sink. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction cooktop, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and a kettle. There are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with two single beds. The living room has a sofa, a smart TV for streaming via your device (Chromecast), a dining table, and a reading nook. In the chest of drawers, you’ll find all kinds of games, and there are some toys in bedroom 2. Under the canopy, you can relax at the dining table or in the hanging chair, watching and listening to the many birds. For example, you can watch the nuthatches that are currently nesting in our birdhouses, and with a little luck, the squirrels might even make a brief appearance. There’s also a small patio in the garden with outdoor furniture and a comfortable chair for reading outdoors.

We’ve also thought of the little ones with a playground set installed this year that includes a climbing house, a swing, a climbing ladder, and a slide. All of this is safely situated on soft artificial grass.

It’s an extraordinary place to enjoy the peace and beauty.
