Bournecoast are delighted to offer this stylish three-bedroom, two-storey townhouse which is ideally situated in a quiet residential close on Poole Quay, just moments from the waters edge. Just a short stroll from the beach, the property enjoys panoramic sea views and easy access to the vibrant quayside, where visitors can explore boutique shops, harbourfront restaurants and traditional maritime attractions. Whether you are enjoying the sea views from the private balcony or exploring the historic charm of the surrounding area, this location offers an exceptional base for a relaxing and culturally rich coastal escape.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This property has three beautifully furnished bedrooms. There is a Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a TV, located on the second floor boasting stunning views of the harbour and a balcony also with stunning views of the harbour. This bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom, with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. You will find Bedroom Two on the second floor, which features a King Size Bed. Bedroom three comprises of Twin Beds and can be found on the first floor.
The lounge is situated on the first floor and boasts panoramic views of the harbour and a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The lounge includes a SMART TV - DVD and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
On the ground floor is the kitchen/diner which is equipped with an ELECTRIC COOKER - WASHING MACHINE- DISHWASHER - FRIDGE FREEZER - MICROWAVE - SMART TV.
There is a bathroom on the first floor, with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The kitchen leads to a spacious patio area, with beautiful views of the harbour and a table and chairs.
There is a parking space for a small car in the garage and another space on the driveway.
