Do not book this property, did not stay, went to hotel 3 hours after checking in. Upon arrival home was very dirty and in disrepair. Windows stuck open that couldn’t be closed, handle on the back door fell off in hand, stains on curtains and curtain rod falling off the wall. Home should not be rented.

The parking is not actual parking, it's on the road in the evening only. The doors to the rooms do not shut. The lights did not work, there were desk lamps in most rooms instead. I've never left a negative review before but this is the worst place I've stayed at.

Awful experience. Place was filthy - cleaners hadn’t been, no beds were made apart from one. Dirty towels were left everywhere. Bathrooms dirty. We didn’t stay and had to fork out rooms at a hotel instead as we were on a Xmas treat with our children. Not only that when contacting the host - no apology and not even a refund. Absolutely awful service. Do not stay here.Totally scammed.

Die guten Dinge zum Aufenthalt zuerst: die Lage ist ideal. Es sind 10 Minuten zu Fuss zur U-Bahnstation Elephant and Castle, es ist genug Platz für 8 Personen und für den Preis super günstig. Über 2 Etagen gibt es jeweils 2 Schlafzimmer Bad und im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das 3 Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum Garten.Nicht so gut ist leider die Ausstattung. In einem Bad funktionierte der Duschkopf nicht, man konnte nur die Badewanne nutzen. Der Router fürs WLAN hatte ein defektes Stromkabel, daher war kein Internet verfügbar und kein fernsehen möglich. In den grösseren Schlafzimmern waren jeweils ein Schrank, die allerdings sehr wackelig waren und auch selten eine Reinigung gesehen haben. Keine Stühle oder Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der Garten ist nicht gepflegt und wir haben ihn auch nicht genutzt. Ebenfalls befindet sich im EG die Küche mit Aufenthaltszimmer. Küchenutensilien wie Töpfe sind sehr einfach und Teller, Gläser wurden lange nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Fazit: Mit kleinen Handgriffen wäre es eine ideale Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip. Leider scheint der Vermieter darauf keinen Wert zu legen.
