Located in the charming and historic Rockwood neighborhood on Spokane's beautiful South Hill, this is meticulously maintained two bedroom basement apartment will have you in a state of relaxation and peace. The patio features a gas grill, hot tub, and even has a cooling mister fan on hot summer days. The driveway is all yours and the zen backyard is gated and private.

Kitchenette is equipped with full-sized fridge/freezer, airfryer/toaster, two-burner hot plate, microwave, sink, reverse osmosis water, coffee maker, electric tea kettle. Also provided are coffee, cream, teas, sugar, stevia, honey, and fridge has butter, jams and jellies. Of course, dishes, cookware, utensils, 5 essential spices and spray oil etc., are all provided. The unit does not yet have a full stove.

Four-piece bathroom is stocked with hand-wash, shampoo & conditioner, bodywash, facial wash, lotion, feminine hygiene products, q-tips, and plenty of towels.

The location is as good as it gets for travelers. Gorgeous Manito Park is just one mile. one mile in the other direction is Spokane's historic downtown and Riverfront Park. Close proximity to three hospitals (especially Sacred Heart Hospital) makes this apartment especiallyconvenient while visiting loved ones who might be getting medical care or working temp jobs in the medical field. This is a wonderful place to rest after a difficult shift at work or a stressful situation with a sick loved-one.

Wonderful place to stay. I will try to stay here whenever I come to Spokane. Very comfortable and quiet. Felt welcome and at home. Clarification on 5 stars for family. It is perfect for a couple and a small child.

Hidden Gem

What a great place to stay when in Spokane. Whether it is for a couple days (we did two days gone for two days then two days again) or a longer stay, great accommodations for sure. Great access to getting into the vrbo, the full driveway access, and everything about the place is warm and comforting. Hope to stay here again someday soon. ps Lisa is a great and most accommodating host as well.

Peaceful and clean

We enjoyed our 2 day stay at the rental. It was very clean, and well stocked, comfortable and private. The back yard was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the end of the day. Lisa was very quick in responding to messages. We were very happy with our stay here.

Spotless in Spokane

We had a wonderful time staying with Lisa. The place was very clean and I loved sitting out in the back yard. Lisa was an exceptional host, quick to respond to our questions and was very helpful. The muffins were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

From the reservation, to check in, to checking on me while there, to check out, this was great! Lovely, carefully set up and beautifully decorated, love and care for her guests was very much present. Everything went well with a couple of exceptions. We did not receive our entry codes the morning of our check in. We had to contact the owner at 6pm that day and found out they forgot to sent the entry codes. Also, just a heads up; given the owner lives on the floor above you, expect to hear them walking around and talking.

Perfect place

Lisa was great at communicating with us . We loved her impressive rental which was near downtown Spokane. It was easy to get to downtown which was perfect for us as my daughter played in a volleyball tournament at the podium. We left our car in the driveway and took Ubers to and from because it was cheap to get to and from the downtown area. We would stay here again for sure. It really is so cute and decorated perfectly. It fits it’s name Spotless in Spokane. Hats off to Lisa for a perfect stay.

Love this place!!

Not only is this apartment super cute and clean, but it's also located in a great location! There are 2 bus lines nearby, to get you anywhere you want to go (Downtown was only a 15 min ride). We used them for breakfast and dinners out (although the apt. was set up to cook if you wanted to). We only used the car to explore further out. The attention to detail, quiet and peaceful apt. and host response to any questions were "top notch"! Would definitely stay here again when we return!

Cozy sanctuary.

Cozy and delightful. Lisa put a lot of thought in making her place feel like a real home away from home in every way. She even included gluten-free (how did she know?!) muffins, a selection of teas and coffee as well as cheeses! She truly went above and beyond. The enclosed backyard was a charming sanctuary with a table for eating as well. I would definitely return. Lisa was a one of a kind host!

Wonderful stay for a second time. Comfortable and cozy space in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. It’s obvious Lisa really cares for the comfort of her guests. Thoughtful touches such as great coffee provided to enjoy in the morning, cold water in the fridge and freshly baked muffins waiting when we checked in. Loved it!

Spotless in Spokane truly lived up to its name! The apartment was clean, cozy, and better stocked than any VRBO we've stayed in before. From slippers for the hot tub to laundry supplies to the reverse osmosis water, the host really goes the extra mile! The backyard was lovely. Host was also great about communicating.

Another Great Stay!

This is our “go to” spot in Spokane. It is close to everything we need, yet feels private and secluded. From the lovely, shaded backyard setting (with hot tub!) to the sweet apartment inside, this host really pays attention to details. Always a very comfortable stay for us!

Absolutely perfect!

We needed a comfortable spot to meet up with family who we hadn’t seen in a while. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. The host has given a lot of thought and attention to the details that make you feel like you’re at home, rather than at a hotel. Homemade muffins await you. Full kitchen with condiments, coffee, tea, milk, butter for your use. It’s truly spotless, spacious, and comfy. Private backyard that feels like a zen garden. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was available. We did use the full-size washer/dryer to take care of things from the vacation that preceded the family visit. Strongly recommend

Hostess with the mostest!

Spotless in Spokane did not disappoint! This place is the most clean VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The bedrooms were cozy, the bathroom sparkling, a fully stocked laundry room, and the cutest kitchen with darling dish sets. The smallest details made this place a truly above and beyond experience. First, we were greeted to a beautiful backyard with lovely flowers blooming. Then there were fresh banana muffins on the table that were so yummy! The coffee and tea bar were exceptional! Fresh grounds and lovely tea selection abound; plus fresh creamer in the fridge! There was also a large vat of filtered water. It was truly a surprise and much appreciated; a true hostess! I wish all VRBOs provided this level of hospitality!

Awesome host!!

This was the best host ever!! She was so friendly and helpful! She made us the best gluten free banana muffins I have ever had!! The place was spotless and beautiful! I would for sure stay there again! The only drawback of this place is you can hear people walking upstairs which can be a bit annoying but I just turned the tv on and had no issues with it anymore.

Great location

I stayed for a volleyball tournament that was at the convention center. It was easy getting there and back. There are some really great restaurants right up the hill, too. The property was so cute and quiet. It had everything I needed for 4 nights. I have not a single negative thing to say. I had a question about the tv and Lisa got back to me right away. She checked in the morning of. The bed was very comfortable. Cooking was easy. I would stay here again.

Secret refuge

Wonderful property, great accommodations, and easy communication with the host. I was in town for some tough emotional business at the hospital. The unit was cozy and homey, and the hot tub and garden helped soothe away the stress at the end of the day. Short walk to the hospital as well. Highly recommended!

I live upstairs and am a very quiet person. I enjoy nesting and creating comfortable spaces for folks to feel safe and at home. I love jogging up Rockwood Blvd and enjoying the beautiful old mansions and trees or beautiful Manito Park, which is only 1 mile away. I also frequently jog downtown along the Spokane River to Riverfront Park with all its waterfalls and bridges. It's about 2 miles to the River.

Why they chose this property

This property is so quiet and feels so secluded when you're in it, and yet it's directly on the bus line, it's less than a mile to walk downtown, it's 2 blocks from Sacred Heart Hospital, it's close to many beautiful parks, and just a real nice place to rest.

What makes this property unique

This location cannot be beat. The zen backyard is a super big hit the the warm months. If you need rest and peace and quiet, this is your place. This spot is amazingly peaceful and quiet, for being extremely close to everything Spokane has to offer.
