Located in the heart of Barranco across from the Plaza Espinoza, you’ll be literally steps away from all that this funky, vibrant district has to offer including its restaurants, art galleries, bars and clubs and of course the famous “Bridge of Sighs.” Conveniently located just 2 blocks from a “Metro” grocery store and the Bulevar Metropolitano bus stop.
The apartment is located in private home. There is also a Studio on the first floor and a Travel Agency Office that operates 3 days a week (10 am - 4 pm).
Guest space is located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Floor 2 has 1 Bedroom with a full-sized bed & a full bathroom across the hallway with a walk-in shower.
The Suite has a 1 Bedroom with a queen-sized bed + Desk Workstation+ 1 Living + a private full bathroom with a bathtub / shower. Upon request, We can put 2 single beds in the Living space.

Hot water is available only in the showers.

Floor 3 features a gourmet kitchen, small full bathroom with walk-in shower and the living and dining room; the dining room table seats 6. The kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end appliances and utensils. Both the kitchen and living room feature flat screen TVs. A spiral stair case leads from the kitchen up to Floor 4 and the rooftop terrace and large laundry room.
This private, spacious apartment is ideal for up to 6 people.
This 120 m2, 2-bedroom, apartment was remodeled in 2024 and offers a modern, private oasis in the heart of Barranco. Also include: high-speed wireless internet, washer and ample space to hang clothes for drying, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and security features (smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, security system that provides 24 hrs. access to fire, ambulance and police with the push of a button).
Towels and sheets are provided (weekly change). Apartment includes optional / complimentary cleaning on Saturday during your stay (time to be coordinated with host).
