With the typical architecture of local rural farmhouses with stone construction and large green spaces surrounding the building, the bed & breakfast "La Grande Agave" is located in the northernmost area of the Adriatic coast of the Marche Region, practically next to the border with Romagna Region, inserted in the territory immediately adjacent to the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park and typical of the Marche-Romagna hills, rich in lush vegetation that extends along gentle slopes that tend towards the sandy coast with the exception of the stretch of the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park where the coast ends sheer on the Adriatic Sea generating suggestive views and environments, where short uncontaminated beaches alternate with paths that reach them and enter the lush Mediterranean vegetation up to the shoreline. The location close to the protected area of the Park is a guarantee of sea and protected natural spaces, but "La Grande Agave" also stands out for its very easy access a few meters from the Adriatic State Road S.S. 16 which therefore allows maximum ease of arrival and departure towards the interesting surrounding locations rich in history, art and culture: to the north Cattolica (3 km), Riccione (15 km), Rimini (25 km); to the south Pesaro (10 km), Fano (20 km), Frasassi Caves (60 km); inland Gradara (2 km), Urbino (35 km), Republic of San Marino (35 km), San Leo (40 km).
These areas are also distinguished by their food and wine excellences that can count on the agricultural vocation of the hinterland and the fishing of the coast on which the production of locally harvested olive oil and a huge selection of wines produced by excellent wineries also appreciated at a national level stand out. In the wake of the abundance of typical products of this border territory, where the customs of Romagna challenge and mix with the traditions of the Marche, The gastronomic proposals are well distributed in the surroundings and usually of an adequate level, whether you enjoy a pizza, a piadina or a starred menu. To this end, our structure has agreements with restaurants, taverns, pizzerias exclusively local and traditional, managed by staff we know directly to guarantee quality and particularly favorable conditions reserved for our guests.
Accommodation:
The large room is located on the first floor with access reserved exclusively for guests and connected internally to the bathroom. Equipped with a double window capable of capturing the entire surrounding panorama, of the park and the neighboring hills to the east and of the castle of Gradara and up to the three peaks of San Marino to the west; equipped with a refrigerator, TV, herbal tea corner, floor fan. Large bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub, privacy area for the sanitary ware, emergency sound alarm.
In the entire accommodation each window is equipped with mosquito nets and each door has its own key.
The entrance to the bed & breakfast is either directly from the outside via the master staircase or internally passing through the large living room from which you can access your accommodation on the upper floor.
You will be welcomed in a warm and friendly atmosphere that emanates from every detail that surrounds you and that fully reflects the genuine and hospitable spirit that "La Grande Agave" reserves for its visitors; in the main hall breakfasts will be offered when the weather does not allow the use of the garden and always here you can relax and chat among yourselves and with the managers at the edge of the adjacent kitchen, as well as indulge in a pleasant read among those available in our small but interesting library.
Our "reception hall" is completed with the large family kitchen open to the view of the guests, with the house cook ready to pass on all the advice and secrets on the origin of the aromas and scents coming from her stove.

The outdoor spaces of the bed & breakfast "La Grande Agave" are completely accessible to guests and provide large shaded areas for a fresh breakfast to be enjoyed among the colors and scents of the trees and flowers of the large surrounding garden and are completed with tables, deckchairs, umbrellas that are made available to enrich your stay with full comfort. Tables, dishes, barbecue equipment are available (at no extra charge) in case you want to prepare your meal personally or prefer to have it delivered.
