We have successfully rented for The Open (Birkdale) for many years without any issues.
Why they chose this property
We feel fortunate to live in this area. Easy access by road to Southport ( 5-6 mins) Liverpool some 40 minutes away. Should you prefer trains every 15mins ( weekdays). Bus stop adjacent with frequent service to Southport, Liverpool and Preston. Supermarkets few minutes walk away. Chinese takeaways (2) minutes away, pizza shop, off licence all within walking distance.
