A very beautiful villa on the uphill of Stresa walking distance to a cozy town, recently renovated the house is a perfect place for a family reunion or group of friend that wish pass oa pleasure vacation in the Maggiore Lake.
It’s beautiful perfect maintained garden with a lovely lake view features a large private swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, an area with stone barbecue table and chairs for al fresco meals. The private parking area is 15 steps under the garden.
Please note the villa is very well equipped and is just a few meters from grocery shops, cafes and restaurants in the center, even though it faces the lake and offers quietness.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa after its restoration has been divided into 5 nice units, some of them are connected internally whilst other by a beautiful external patio equipped with elegant garden sofas and tables. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs therefore the property is not suitable to guests with walking difficulties.
Each apartment has direct access to the upper terrace. Equipment includes refrigerator, telephone, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and microwave.

The additional apartment at the ground floor is for the owner who stays on weekends and weekdays in August.

Unit 1, Sleep 4 and develops on two floors
Ground floor: Entrance from the patio, large sitting room with fireplace and table for 8, kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher washing machine, electric American drip coffee machine) access to the patio.
First floor: master bedroom with double bed, twin bedroom, large modern bathroom (shower).

Unit 2, Sleeps 2
First floor: This unit with a direct access to the large terrace, consists in a small room with a double bed, a large modern bathroom (tub). No kitchen.

Unit 3, Sleeps 2 +2 pax
First floor: Entrance from the terrace, living room with sofabed (TV and DVD), three steps lead to the large eat-in kitchen (washing machine, oven dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster). One double bedroom with bathroom (shower).

Unit 1; 2; and 3 are connected each other by internal doors.

Unit 4, Sleeps 2
One double bedroom with small bathroom with shower (3 steps to the bathroom)

Unit 5, Sleeps 4
Entrance, large bathroom with shower, living room, three steps lead to a double bedroom, twin bedroom in the mansard, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher).

Unit 4 and 5 are connected by an internal door

Neighborhood and activities:
In the village you can find all kind of shops and restaurants, bank and other services. While in Lesa (4 km downhill) there is a sports club with 3 tennis courts and Olympic pool (10 min. walk). The beach is at 4 km from the villa. There are also 2 golf courses within 10- min. by car and 7 more within 45 min. The ferry to the other beautiful lake resort towns and islands docks at Belgirate just a 10 min drive.

Rental Rules:
A 30% Non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 75 days prior to arrival.

Book now our special not refundable rate and save 4% on the listed price. If client pays the full amount upon reservation, he immediately benefits of a 4% discount. In case of cancellation, the entire amount paid will not be refunded.

Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am
Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm for an extra fee of 50 Euro

Security deposit (Refundalbe):
Euro 1000 that will be collected on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.

Additional Expenses to be paid on site:
Electricity and Heating if required are metered

Services upon request:
Baby sitting, cook service, transfer, extra maid service, laundry
