Outdoor enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice; whether it’s coastal walks along the nearby South West Coast Path, exhilarating water sports or tranquil boat trips on the River Dart. Local favourites like Dartmouth Castle and the hidden gem of Sugary Cove are within easy reach, while a quick ferry ride to Kingswear leads to breathtaking viewpoints like the historic Daymark.

Inside, the lodge features a bright and spacious open-plan living area designed for comfort and sociable living. The fully fitted kitchen includes a central island—perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a morning coffee—while the adjoining dining table comfortably seats six. In the lounge, two plush sofas, an armchair, and a Smart TV equipped with Sky Channels create a cosy space to unwind after a day out. For added comfort and entertainment, each of the two king-sized bedrooms is also fitted with its own Smart TV, bringing the total to three throughout the property.

Large bi-fold doors open onto a private terrace with outdoor dining furniture and sweeping countryside views. Guests can also opt to enjoy the added luxury of a private hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars. Please note: to ensure proper preparation and maintenance in line with current hygiene standards, the hot tub is available for bookings made at least 14 days in advance and incurs an additional fee of £150.

The lodge comfortably sleeps six guests across three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom features a super king bed, Smart TV, ensuite shower room, and private patio doors opening to a serene outdoor space. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, Smart TV, and direct access to the terrace and hot tub, while the third bedroom includes twin beds—ideal for children or friends. A separate family bathroom with a full-size walk in shower completes the accommodation.

Parking:
The lodge has parking for up to two cars on site.

Hot Tub:
Due to the nature of ensuring that they are prepared in accordance with the current guidelines, the hot tub will only be available to those bookings made at least two weeks ahead of an arrival date and the additional cost of £150 must be paid before usage is confirmed.

Rennovation Works:
Subject to future lodge purchases, there may be contractors on site during normal working hours. They will ensure that any noise is kept to a minimum and to respect guests at neighbouring lodges.

Facilities:
We advise that you book any use of the hotel facilities, spa treatment, golf etc as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
