The basement apartment – which is reached via an internal staircase - is pleasingly bright and airy, with a fresh colour scheme, contemporary furniture, and seascapes adorning the walls. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a sociable space where you can try out new recipes together in the sleek kitchen area and share family mealtimes at the breakfast bar. In the evenings, relax in the comfortable lounge area to watch a film on the TV/DVD. The property has two inviting bedrooms, both with TV/DVDs. The two bedrooms have an interconnecting door, making them perfect for families with younger children. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there’s also a separate shower room.
