Loved this spot!

We were delighted with our stay here. The location is breathtaking, property was clean and had everything we needed. A grocery store is a short walk away. The property has tons of old world charm but also modern conveniences.

Timeless La Grave

My two sons and I loved staying in your amazing historic home. The space is tight with 3 small levels, but if you love adventure and a unique experience, the listing is a great value and has a very fun atmosphere. I would stay here again without question.

La casa in pietra risale al 1625 e, se incontrate la vicina, fatevi raccontare la storia. La collocazione in paese Ăš in alto, ma potete arrivarci con la macchina se avete necessitĂ . L’appartamento Ăš disposto su due piani oltre l’ingresso, collegati da una scala a chiocciola. È accogliente, moderno, ben organizzato e ha tutto ciĂČ che serve. L’unica nota negativa (per noi) Ăš stato il divano letto non molto comodo se si dorme per piĂč notti. Meglio scegliere i letti singoli. Per il resto tutto benissimo.

Charmante maisonnette

Une authentique maisonnette en pierre avec le confort du neuf avec un bel espace de vie. Les escaliers sont effectivement étroits mais cela permet une optimisation de l'espace et cela était clairement spécifié dans l'annonce.

Agréable semaine. Juste une petite remarque sur l'escalier en colimaçon qui est trÚs dangereux et pas utilisable pour tout le monde. Le vide entre la porte des toilettes et du coup l'escalier au premier étage m'a fait trÚs peur (Préciser dans l'annonce qu'avec des enfants en bas ùges ou un animal, cela est trÚs compliqué). Sinon, trÚs calme et village trÚs trÚs agréable. Un grand merci

Un bon séjour

L'appartement est sur deux étages avec un escalier en colimaçon, il convient donc aux personnes sans problÚmes de mouvement. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. La ville est trÚs belle et vous pouvez faire de nombreuses excursions depuis la ville

Location d'une maison Ă  la Grave

La maison datant de 1625 a un charme certain. Elle est situĂ©e dans ce trĂšs beau village de La Grave, tout en haut. IdĂ©al, Ă  priori. Pour autant, la critique que je vais en faire est loin de reflĂ©ter cet idĂ©al. - L'accĂšs est juste impossible avec une valise chargĂ©e . Avec des bĂątons...on s'en sort... La pente est plus qu'inclinĂ©e! - Pourquoi n'est ce pas indiquĂ© dans la description de location? - DĂšs l'entrĂ©e dans la maison, on aperçoit un petit escalier si Ă©troit que l'on comprend rapidement qu'une valise ne passera pas, ni mĂȘme un sac Ă  dos. - En laissant les valises au pied de cet escalier, il faut donc le gravir pour accĂ©der au premier Ă©tage qui comprend la piĂšce principale, la petite cuisine, un canapĂ© lit et un petit balcon. - Il faut Ă©galement gravir le 2Ăšme petit escalier pour atteindre une chambre en mezzanine qui comprend des lits superposĂ©s... et une salle de douche est-il indiquĂ© par le propriĂ©taire... Ah bon? ... j'y vois sans aucun doute une douche, mais aucun lavabo, juste un lave-mains! lĂ , on commence Ă  avoir envie de parler d'arnaque! la personne qui nous rĂ©ceptionne paraĂźt d'ailleurs trĂšs gĂȘnĂ©e... C'est elle qui a descendu nos valises ( et les a remontĂ©es) Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour. Le lieu magnifique , la vue magnifique de la maison , les balades que nous avons faites et les gens que nous avons rencontrĂ©s ont sauvĂ© nos vacances. Mais quelle dĂ©ception Ă  l'arrivĂ©e! En un mot comme en cent... fuyez cette location!

La maison est petite mais trĂšs fonctionnelle. IdĂ©ale pour une famille de 4 personnes pour 1 semaine. ImplantĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© des domaines de ski de Serre-Chevalier et 2 Alpes. Pour ĂȘtre parfait, un petit book de prĂ©sentation de quelques fonctionnalitĂ©s (chauffage, lave-vaisselle) pourrait ĂȘtre utile.

Schattig huisje, heeft wel onderhoud nodig

Prima locatie, met liefde ingericht, is alleen aan onderhoud toe en was erg stoffig. Verder is het klein (en gedeeltelijk laag), maar fijn. Beddengoed is niet inbegrepen, moesten we zelf huren en vraag vooraf een duidelijke routebeschrijving met adres. Dat hadden we niet.

Un petit coin de serenité en plein centre

Nous avons été agréablement accueilli . C'est bete que nous ne soyons restés que peu de jours. La propriétaire est super sympa et le gite est trÚs lumineux. Le seul soucis c'est pour se garer. Et nous avons été surpris de voir qu'il y avait une petite arriÚre cour Que de bons souvenirs........

Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est toute mignonne. La maison est petite mais trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Elle est Ă©galement bien Ă©quipĂ©e en Ă©lectromĂ©nager. Un petit bijou Ă  la montagne pour s'Ă©chapper pendant les vacances d'hiver. Pour notre famille (deux garçon de 7 et 10 ans), cela convenait trĂšs bien mais peut-ĂȘtre attention avec des tous petits qui commencent Ă  peine Ă  marcher.
