A monthly maintenance check takes place around the 15th of each month. You will be notified in advance when Craig, our trusted maintenance representative, is scheduled to attend. His visit will be as discreet and non-disruptive as possible.
Please do not attempt to empty the hot tub. If you believe the water needs attention, contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.
