It took 1.5 hours from arriving until we were in the apartment. The video was misleading in that it showed a much nicer area of the complex. The security person did know we were arriving, nor did he speak any English. We believed we were in the wrong place. although security people at both entrances tried to be helpful, it wasn't until another tennent who spoke English helped us that we were able to access the panel for the entry code.
