This one bedroom ground floor accommodation is I nicely set out design, which includes a spacious bedroom and has a modern bathroom, And the lounge living area has plenty of seating area with the TV and is a great place to chill or to have a romantic evening. The kitchen is open planned to the dining area with all of the built in appliances and all the cooking facilities that you would need to make a nice meal, including all of the utensils that you're likely to need. The accommodation is close to the beach and the promenade and only takes a few minutes to put your feet in the sand and paddle of the sea, the beach views go on for miles in both directions where you can watch the sunrise in the mornings and spend the rest of the day in the sunshine or you can take a short walk into town with its restaurants, bars, shops and takeaways

Sadly as soon as we walked in all we could smell was damp. It was really strong.The place was dirty, bathroom tap really loose.Socket coming away from the wall. No items have been PAT tested.We booked 2 nights, could only stay one as husband has breathing issues and damp smell was bothering him. Ended having to find alternative accommodation. I have messaged the owner and no response. Thoroughly disappointed.

Great location with easy parking. Getting in touch with the host was problematic as the links on the VRBO website did not work and I had to do an internet search for the host so I could contact him direct or I wouldn't have had access to the passcode for the lockbox containing the key or the address of the property. This is a serious problem, my initial reaction was that I had been scammed. The property was reasonably clean with plenty of amenities, although the bathroom light didn't work, the bathroom tap was very loose and in danger of falling off and the garden was non existent, it is a small front yard full of weeds and rubbish. It is perfectly adequate for a short stay, although personally I would find somewhere larger with more space for a longer stay.

Wir haben kein Haustier bei der Reise dabei und auch keines angegeben. Es war eine Stundenlänge Odyssee, den Ort zu finden, da unzureichend angegeben. Durch Anruf beim Vermieter konnte die Übernachtungsmöglichkeit aufgefunden werden, dr Herr war sehr höflich und hat sofort die Info zur Verfügung gestellt. Allerdings sitzt uns noch jetzt der Schrecken in den Gliedern, da meine 12jaehrige Tochter und ich über eine Stunde durch das nächtliche Harwich - falschen Google Maps Ortungen folgend - mit Gepäck unterwegs waren. Das Haus mit dem 1 zi app ist zwar bei Tag ganz hübsch - aber die Wände sind feucht und Schimmelgeruch ist überall in der Luft. Für um die 100 Euro eine ziemliche Abzocke. Wir empfehlen das nicht und gehen da auch freiwillig nicht mehr hin.
