The place was amazing and clean. All you need is either at the villa or close by.

House is very nice and new with a great pool, nice furniture, and well stocked kitchen when it comes to cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses etc. A few annoyances, surprised such a new house doesn't have AC. Nowhere to put garbage and recycling outside. No shade on the patio. Also most short term rentals usually have things like salt and pepper, sugar, cooking oil, a bit inconvenient when you're visiting from abroad to have to buy every little thing. That said, those are minor items, the house is beautiful in a great quiet neighborhood walking distance to grocery, pizza, swimming etc.
