The maximum stay for a vacation rental is 88 nights.

This bright and spacious flat features a generous double bedroom equipped with a high-quality bed and built-in storage. The kitchen and dining area are designed to be both functional and stylish, ideal for home cooking and dining.
The apartment is close to many good restaurants and bars, the streets can be noisy at night


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Final cleaning is included.
- Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be coordinated.

THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
- 1-month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months.

The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 300eur/month is payable by the tenant.

Note: A rental contract is mandatory to be signed before the check-in.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
