The villa was completed in 2023 and is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters, a large private pool, a TV with a wide selection of channels, movies, and series, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. We’ve deliberately chosen luxurious furnishings for the villa, which includes high-quality beds, comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors, cozy sun loungers, and well-appointed kitchenware and tableware. The villa is decorated with Ibiza-style accessories to create a peaceful, zen atmosphere — everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent to the village of Rojales/Ciudad Quesada. Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find three supermarkets, including Consum and Lidl. The village offers plenty of entertainment, and the beach and Mediterranean Sea are just a 7-minute drive away. This part of the Costa Blanca is known for its wide sandy beaches and shallow sea. Alicante, Murcia, and Torrevieja are all nearby, offering many options for day trips. The area between Torrevieja and Alicante is also famous for its salt lakes, which contribute to having the cleanest and purest air in Europe.

The villa comes with a washing machine, ironing board, and plenty of towels — for showering, lounging by the pool, or taking to the beach. There is ample free parking on the street, and the villa also features its own electric gate and private driveway.

We rent out the villa with professional key-holding staff and cleaning & linen service. Check-in and check-out are handled in person. Should anything come up during your stay, the key-holding staff will be available to assist you (emergencies, malfunctions, etc.).
