Besides it's ideal location, the villa is one one level, very bright as ideally exposed. Has 3 bedrooms : the master bedroom having it's own bathroom and view on the pool. It has a double bed. There is another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedroom have fitted wardrobes. There is also a second bathroom. There is also a little bed (child) and a high babychair The living room is spacious and has design furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffeemaker, electric water kettle, juicer, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, fridge, deepfreezer ....
In the dining corner, you have a table with 6 chairs. In the living room, you have a big sofa, pouf, television with all the French, Belgian (French and Flemish), German, Dutch, Austrian and some English channels.
Outside, you have a very big terrace (73 m2) with it's garden furniture (table, 6 chairs, sunloungers, parasols and a barbecue and of course the pool.On top of the house, you have a huge solarium of 84 m2. You can also park your car in the property. WIFI is free.
Bedsheets, towels for bath and kitchen are available (not the beachtowels).
We also have a baby bed and a high chair.

At the keyremittance, the stand of the electricitycounter is noted and this is done as well when leaving the villa. The electricityconsumption is included till 100 kwh/week and this should be sufficient for a normal use of the airconditioning (windows and doors closed).
The cleaning of the villa costs 96 € and also includes 2 washing machines of dirty sheets and towels when LEAVING the villa (for any additional washing machine, a suppl. of 10 € per mach will be charged. During your stay you can of course, used the washing machine as much as you wish.
at 200 m from the house there are 3 FREE tennis courts. At 50 m from the house you have a free petanque court and a free children's playground.
