The property was not available as it was already occupied by someone else. I drove over 6 hours to find this out late in the evening. You can imagine the nightmare of having to look for an alternative hotel n the middle of the night as the owner claimed not to be aware of my booking and yet, payment was collected from me through Expedia. Please may I have my refund asap.
@Expedia, I do demand some compensation for the traumatic experience I had on this transaction!
