Our place is a unique stay with a beautiful custom platform bed, during spring, beautiful views directly in the trees.

A dedicated, height adjustable work desk for those working remotely. A cosy area to relax and watch netflix after a busy day sight seeing all that London has to offer.

You will be staying in our place when we are away, so you will find our personal belongings. Please keep this in mind before booking :) *some cupboards will be locked but we provide access to all the things you need during your stay!

**Our flat is located in Central London - so you will hear the hustle and bustle of the city (although the flat is certainly quiet inside, you might hear the hum of the building boiler)

Currently set to a specified minimum stay nights, however, please DM if you would like to discuss a shorter stay or your ideal dates as we can be flexible with when we open the listing. Long Stay discount offered and applied at booking.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Check Out Check out time is 1000. Check all the windows have been shut properly and locked Our cleaners will arrive shortly after check out

Please dispose of your rubbish when leaving vacating / bin store is in black cupboard next to flat (behind the planter box) - to avoid a £50 cleaning fee. Strip beds, and load dishwasher

Please ensure blue door is shut behind you and the black gate is locked with key. Please ensure the keys are returned back to the lock box, and mix up the combo numbers upon leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ensure all windows are closed before vacating the property, due to being on the ground floor in a busy area of London, please shut and secure.

Please take care of our furniture and furnishings. Guests will be charged the cost of damages/replacements will be taken from your security deposit

Please be careful with any lost keys Charges of may apply for key replacements (£50)/ change of locks (£200).
