Eagle-Vail Mountain Retreat

Gorgeous Eagle-Vail duplex ideally suited for access to Vail and Beaver Creek. Also close to cross-country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fly-fishing, golf, outdoor pool, and tennis courts. With two living areas, two king bedrooms, and the ability to sleep numerous kids and friends, this place is a perfect big-family/two-family ski house. Totally updated with new finishes and beautiful high-end furnishings. 

This home sleeps 12-plus. Upstairs, the open great room is a beautiful space for families and friends to gather, with a large stone fireplace, open gourmet kitchen with a brand new induction range, and two large dining tables that easily seat 12 between the two of them. The master bedroom with a king-size bed and full en-suite bathroom is also on this upper floor.

On the main floor, relax, play board games, or watch TV in our cozy den. The second king bedroom and full bath is also on the main floor, as are the laundry room and garage access. Downstairs, there is space for kids to chill, along with two bedrooms, one with two sets of twin-over-full bunkbeds, and one with one twin-over-full bunkbed and a regular full bed. The downstairs also has a full bath. The home features a large deck and a fenced-in backyard for enjoying the mountain lifestyle.

The home was completely remodeled in 2018 with high-end finishes and beautiful new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped for all culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, a new induction range, brand-new pots & pans, knives, utensils, and dishes, plus a blender, toaster, coffee maker, spices, and cookbooks. There's a grill located on its own special deck conveniently located right off the kitchen. The fenced backyard features a brand-new flagstone patio.

Eagle-Vail is a friendly and scenic neighborhood ideally situated between Vail and Beaver Creek. Enjoy mountain walks, golf (or snowshoeing or cross-country skiing on the golf course), fly-fishing, and road cycling/mountain biking right out the front door, and skiing and snowboarding at two world-class resorts less than 10 minutes away. The home has a one-car garage plus parking spots for 2-3 cars in our driveway, as well as plenty of storage for skis and bikes. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No smoking.

Great host, great house!

David was an awesome host and the house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in the area for a winter ski trip ,,,would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great Home in convenient location!

Excellent communication from owners prior to stay and during as needed. House was larger than anticipated and felt so comfortable and cozy after long days of skiing. We enjoyed the easy access to hiking trails, ski resorts and shopping. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable and we had everything we could need for 2 families. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

We had a large group staying in Vail for a few days of golf. The VRBO was in a great location with easy access to everything we needed. There was a slight glitch with the door code not working but our hosts were very responsive and quickly gave us a backup code that worked.

Beautiful and cozy at the same time.

We absolutely loved staying at David and Bevin's home. It was decorated beautifully and everything was so comfortable. Everyone could have their own space and no one was on top of each other. We did a lot of cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and found it to be wonderful. We sat by the crackling fireplace and enjoyed our evenings. The hot tub was convenient and comforting after a day at the slopes. David and Bevin were accommodating, communicative and helpful. We could not have asked for more and can't wait to come back.

Great family / large group rental

Spent 6 days at BeaverCreek/vail, is located close to both. Quiet, with everything included. Property is as described. Perfect for large groups. Wonderful private hot tub under the pines and lights!’ Decor appeals to all that love the outdoors! Comfortable and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen, which is so important when cooking 2 meals a day. Previous guest created some issues in condo, but was handled quickly and graciously by hosts. Hosts were response and always available. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Your home away from home - but better!

If you're looking for a large, comfortable home with fantastic amenities and even better hosts, look no further. From large, comfortable king-sized beds, to a beautiful and updated complete kitchen, to even a hot tub..(yes, you heard that right,) then this is your place. We had a fantastic time skiing and an even more fantastic time relaxing in this wonderful VRBO. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect family getaway minutes from Beavers Creek Ski Resort

We had the most wonderful time during our stay. The house was laid out perfectly to accommodate two families with young children. Plenty of space for kids and adults! The house was clean, updated, spacious, cozy and provided everything we needed- the hot tub was an added bonus :) Located less than ten minutes to Beaver Creek and 15 minutes to Vail. Cute little town with great restaurants, parks and activities for everyone. The owners were responsive and informative. We could not have asked for a better time! Thank you and we hope to be back again soon!

Awesome Home at Eagle Vail!

We've stayed at multiple places in Colorado, Utah and Pennsylvania for our ski trips. This home was absolutely the best! It accommodated our group of 10 very comfortably. There was plenty of room for everyone, the decor was fantastic, and location was convenient to shops and slopes. The beds and pillows were super comfy. And, the kitchen was great for entertaining and cooking for a large group. We had one minor issue with a toilet tank leaking but Pablo, the property manager, resolved it quickly while we were out skiing. He was very responsive and handled the matter immediately. One recommendation for anyone using the basement shower, because there is no shower curtain and the exterior glass only covers half the opening, turn the shower head towards the wall to avoid water splashing all over the bathroom floor. We would definitely rent this house again for future trips!

Amazing!

The photos do not due justice to the decor and attention to detail of this house. Not only beautiful, but the floor plan is perfect. The bedrooms are all very secluded from each other giving privacy to members of a large group. One of my favorite features is that the secondary living room is the one with the TV. It’s so nice to have a family room for a large group without a TV and if someone does want to watch, they can go downstairs to a very nice comfortable living room. We have rented for many years in Eagle or Summit county for a family spring break and this is by far the nicest house we have rented. We cook each night and the kitchen has everything you need and more, the fireplace is beautiful, more than enough seating for a large group, both in the great room and for dining. In addition, Pablo, the property manager is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this house.

room to spare

Nice property with room to spare. We were in Beaver Creek for a wedding. Some of our party skied but the majority did not. This home gave us space to spread out but also a place to come together. It was well appointed and CLEAN. It would be perfect for two families as there are 2 rooms with king beds and two rooms with double bunks. The only down fall I see is that it is 3 stories and if anyone has mobility issues it would be difficult.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The home was beautiful, perfectly clean and very well appointointed

Our family has traveled around the world for six months and David's home was one of our absolute favorites. From the moment we arrived, energy single things we needed was taken care of. The communication was top to notch and we were made to feel right at home. The location was perfect with easy access to transportation, skiing, hiking, biking and entertainment. We had such an amazing time and plan to return as soon as possible.
