MARINE COTTAGE, family friendly, with a garden in Salcombe
This detached, three-storey cottage is in the town of Salcombe and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Please NOTE: NO Stag/Hens or similar parties including same sex parties.

Marine Cottage is a detached, three-storey cottage in the town of Salcombe. The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms which are made up of one double with an en-suite and one second floor room with double sofa bed with en-suite which has panoramic estuary views, and two twin rooms. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Marine Cottage is a wonderful house offering excellent accommodation in a delightful location at any time of year. Please note: Residential family bookings only. Note: No stag, hen or similar parties. This property can only accept guests over the age of 30/35 however Marine Cottage would welcome young families whose parents are under the age of 35 limit who come to stay with grandparents joining them or other older friends and relatives. Note Hot Tub Hire is available (at additional cost) through https://www.salcombehottubs.co.uk - Please contact them direct for availability and cost

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
