This beautiful country retreat is positioned in the Ribble Valley near the village of Chipping and can sleep 22 people in 10 holiday units.
Wolfen Mill is a wonderfully appointed country house nestled close to the village of Chipping in the Ribble Valley. The interior comprises of 11 self-catering apartments within a boutique-style venue, catering to large groups, sleeping 22 people altogether. They each boast their own kitchens, dining areas and sitting areas as well as bedrooms and bathroom facilities and to the exterior is ample off-road parking and shared use of the grounds. Wolfen Mill offers a unique experience to families, friends and couples alike.
Amenities: Kitchen with electric fan oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer available with ironing board and dishwasher. Smart HD TV, DVD and CD player, WiFi. Power and electric inc rent. Linen and towels included. Ample free parking for 9 cars. Stunning patio and gardens, lounge and lakeside decked terrace with seating. Hot tub available, terms of use apply. Free fishing on site, license is required - lake 3 miles away. Cot and high chair are available on request. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and shop less than 1 mile. Direct access from the Mill onto public footpaths to enjoy a wide variety of walks. Note: Max 4 pets. Note: Pets are NOT allowed in the Bluebell Studio, Sutton’s Loft and Legram rooms; there is a £30 charge applicable per pet. Note: Please ensure young children are supervised at all times when near water. Note: Four properties are arranged entirely on the ground floor to assist with less abled guests.
