Beaver Cottage in Little Thirkleby, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms
Beaver Cottage, a lovely holiday home, consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with dining seating, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, double, and ground-floor twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and lawn and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Return year after year to Beaver Cottage. Note: There is access to on-site facilities that include a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a play park. Note: The washing machine and freezer are located in the utility cupboard. Note:There is a good housekeeping bond of GBP 350.
