Unbeatable views of the Eiffel Tower coupled with a spacious apartment! The shower was spacious, beds were comfortable. We were there during the heat wave but with the ample fans provided stayed comfortable. Very friendly check in host who showed us everything. Also very secure building with 2 key fob entrance doors and then locked units.

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!For the price & all the other terrible things listed below, the view isn't worth it. Bad communication, dirty place, very loud, broken/poor amenities.Yes, the view was amazing but we regretted everything about the place from the moment we arrived. Communication w/ the host was non-existent, check-in process was 2 hours late, cleanliness/amenities were awful. CHECK-INThe check-in instructions were inaccurate. We waited 2 hours for someone to let us in while repeatedly calling the host with no response. We also couldn't reach either Belvilla or Check My Guest for assistance.COMMUNICATIONCommunication was poor throughout. They were consistently unresponsive, and my pre-check-in questions were met only with generic emails that didn't address my concerns.CLEANLINESS/AMENITIES There were stains all over the apartment, couch, pillows, rug. There was a broken chair that cut my daughters hand and the amenities we lack luster for the price of the stay. We stayed during a bad heat wave. They DO NOT HAVE A/C. The fans they had were laughable. 2 small fans and 3 "desk" fans (1 didn't work). It was 90 degrees in the apartment each evening when we returned w/ no ability to cool it down. We were miserable the entire time taking cold showers for relief. Because we were on a road that was a main morning commute, it was very loud since we had to keep the doors open to cool down.Overall it was terrible & I'd avoid all stays of Belvilla or Check My Guest.

The reason for my bad rating is the poor communication, late check in and lack of critical amenities (or broken). Prior during and after our stay communication was terrible. Standard canned emails came but when I responded with specific questions all I received was a canned AI driven response not address any of my questions. The check in process was terrible. We waited over an hour to check in. We emailed our estimated time of arrival before, when no one showed up we called multiple times with no answer and no way to leave a message. I don’t know if anyone would have showed if we didn’t call multiple phone numbers. Eventually we got a hold of someone outside of Check My Guest. They returned our call +2hrs after our initial attempts. The apartment lacked a cork screw which should be basic given the country. The patio chair was broken and dangerous. Our daughter cut her self on it. There were stains all over the place, chairs, pillows and rug. The fans along with quality of fans was terrible. I understand the heat wave was unprecedented but to give us 2 small fans with 2 other fans that barely worked and another that was broken is inexcusable. Not for the price we paid. Overall, we dreaded coming back to our stay every day. Would never rest from you or check my guest again.
