LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE: To access the accommodation, it is necessary to go up a flight of stairs equivalent to a first floor.

The house has 2 floors:

Ground floor: there is the kitchen, the living room, 2 double bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. From the kitchen, there is access to a balcony with views of the Urdaibai Natural Reserve.

First floor: an open-plan area that includes a living space and a sleeping area, another double bedroom, and a bathroom.

WORK AREAS
The house has several work areas: one in one of the ground-floor bedrooms and another in the small sitting room on the second floor.
