With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, separate kitchen, and private roof terrace, this home comfortably sleeps 7 (one on a sofa bed) and is ideal for families or groups.
Enjoy the lively shops and restaurants of Northcote Road and the open space of Clapham Common, both just a short walk away. Clapham Junction station is 5 minutes on foot, with trains reaching Central London in under 10 minutes.
The space:
Beautifully redecorated and fully equipped, this spacious maisonette is spread over three floors (1st to 3rd). It includes:
3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom:
Bedroom 1: Super king bed (can be split into two singles) with en-suite featuring bath and shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed with a private shower room next door.
Bedroom 3: Double bed with a bathroom (shower) just down a few stairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, oven & gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and fridge-freezer.
Large living room with a bay window, two sofas (one is a sofa bed for one), smart TV, and desk.
Private roof terrace with outdoor dining area, bench seating, and potted plants—a sunny, peaceful spot to relax.
Superfast WiFi throughout.

The flat has multiple stairs and is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility issues.
The flat backs onto a quiet supermarket car park, ensuring peaceful nights.
Bed linen and towels provided.
