Nestled in the historic village of Malmesbury, this stunning five-bedroom home offers a perfect blend of contemporary style within a classic cottage setting. Malmesbury, known as England’s oldest borough, is rich in history, with its iconic abbey, charming streets, and proximity to the breathtaking Cotswolds countryside, making it an ideal destination for those seeking both relaxation and exploration.

This detached home is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a large private gated gravel driveway with space for at least six cars. A perimeter hallway connects all bedrooms and living spaces, surrounding a private central courtyard that serves as a peaceful outdoor retreat. The spacious lounge boasts a 75-inch wall-mounted Smart TV and three plush sofas, providing ample seating for up to ten guests. You'll also find in this space a large portable party blu-tooth speaker with microphone!

Open plan to the lounge is the beautiful kitchen and dining area, this space is perfect for entertaining, with a dining table for ten, elegant glass-fronted cabinets, and a stunning AGA oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with a freezer drawer, dishwasher, and sink, while a separate laundry area houses an additional fridge freezer and secondary electric oven. Both the lounge and kitchen open onto a large rear lawned garden, offering picturesque views of the fields beyond and direct access to the internal courtyard.

The home’s layout ensures privacy and comfort, with five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Three are located on the ground floor, including the luxurious master suite with a super king bed, log burner, double-height ceiling, and an en-suite Jack and Jill shower shared with the second bedroom. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, a large wall-mounted Smart TV, and a dedicated study desk. The third ground-floor bedroom also has a king-size bed and private access to a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. A separate downstairs WC adds further convenience. Upstairs, the converted loft space houses two additional bedrooms—bedroom 4 with a super king bed and bedroom 5 with two singles—along with a shared shower room accessed from the landing. A dedicated study area on the landing provides a quiet workspace.

All bedrooms are fully furnished with bedside tamp and lamps, wardrobe or rails for hanging clothes too.

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the walls, which are all freshly redecorated.

We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 11 pm and 7 am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 11pm.

All waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the immaculate finish of the property.
