The adjacent open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and opens to a dining area for eight on the covered terrace. The expansive wooden deck includes a heated infinity pool, lounge chairs, and hanging chairs to enjoy the island breeze. Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom and HDTV, with two located on the main level and two on the upper level. Decor is bright and elegant with turquoise accents and mosaic-tiled bathrooms.

Other Things to Note:
The heated pool is operational from November 15 to April 30, with the water temperature maintained between 27°C and 30°C depending on the weather. During extreme weather or technical issues beyond the owner’s control, temperatures may vary.
The air conditioning should be used responsibly. Overuse, such as running it with open doors or windows or setting it extremely low, may result in deductions from the security deposit.
