The Vista Castillo holiday apartment is located in Denia, the gateway to the Costa Blanca, with central access to the beach, the city center, and various shopping facilities. We offer an apartment completed in November 2023 with approximately 75 sq m of living space and a 40 sq m roof terrace, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with large showers, a separate kitchen, and a living-dining area with access to the roof terrace. This offers beautiful views of the sea and Denia Castle. The apartment is located in the new Marina Real 3 residential complex and features an underground parking space with lockable bicycle storage, a large communal pool, and a small gym. The apartment is on the fourth floor and can be reached via an elevator or the staircase. The elevator goes down to the underground parking garage. Behind the apartment entrance is a cloakroom and the entrance to a separate, modern, and well-equipped kitchen. To the left, a hallway leads to the 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Straight ahead is the living and dining area. It is very modernly furnished with a large dining table, a comfortable two-seater sofa, and an armchair.
