We have stayed in Moraira many times and this is the best property by far.Spotless all round. The Villa is very cool and airy for the hot days.All the villa, plus all the outside areas are super clean and fresh.The owner is absolutely on the ball and clearly at the top of his.Absolutely wonderful stay in this fabulous villa.

The communication from booking to departure was excellent. Details of where the villa was and how to get in were accurate. The villa was lovely and is spacious. The pool is amazing and a real plus point. Moraira is a lovely place to stay and we walked down and back most days for an evening meal. All of which were delightful. I highly recommend this villa to anyone. It was perfect for our needs.

Amazing views

Fantastic property. Its a good walk into moraira with some deep slopes. Fine if you have a car. We didnt mind as we love walking. Beautiful place. Ian was very helpful.

Family trip

Great property, spacious inside and out in good condition. A few more tips prior to arrival would have been helpful, it is on a VERY steep set of hills, tricky in a car let alone with an unwell party member. Also a few simple things in the property would be nice on arrival, tea towel, oil etc.. overall great stay would recommend and visit this property again.. host was excellent

Gem of a villa

Having stayed in the moraira area many times over the years, this is one of the best villas out there. Great indoor space with a massive kitchen. Fabtastic outdoor space with large lawn, nice pool and covered area to get out of the sun when required....and an outside toilet! Its a short, but steep walk down to the beach, and a managable walk into moraira along the coast. Ian was a fantastic host, who replied promptly to all enquiries.

A wonderful family stay in a beautiful house in el portet

We stayed in October as a family with 2 young children aged 3 and 5, parents and grandparents. On our arrival we were late due to a flight delay and it was so easy to check-in to the house. The house itself is stunning, everything is beautifully decorated and there was everything you need for a lovely stay. The pool was a bit chilly for the time of year, but we still made the most of an afternoon swim. The beautiful el portet beach is a short stroll down the hill, perfect for a play on the beach or sunset drink. We loved the house!

Amazing, beautiful villa

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and very grateful. Ian was extremely helpful, checking in to make sure all was ok. He even let us know when to expect the pool man. The villa was beyond clean when we arrived with EXCELLENT air conditioning which for this week was a must. Overall, our experience was amazing and only an 8 minute walk to the beautiful El Porter beach. Thanks again Ian.

Excellent villa in a delightful location

We have stayed in many very nice villas in the Denia, Xavia,Calpe region and there is always a slight sense of trepidation when trying somewhere new. We need not have worried - this is up there with the best. Spacious, sunny, immaculately clean, one of the nicest pools, and in an excellent location - just 8-10 mins walk from the charming beach at El Portet & 20-25 from Moraira itself - along a stunning promenade. Ian is a very efficient host who responds immediately to any minor queries. Thoroughly recommend!

Fabulous villa in El Portet

We had a fabulous stay as a family of 4. The property was well located, 10 minute walk (up and down hill) from El Portet beach which we love. We had a car to get around and about Moraira and other neighbouring areas. We've stayed in El Portet several times before so know the location well. The outdoor area at the villa is the best we've had. Perfect for the children. The accommodation is all on one floor which was good. Very clean and tidy. Excellent communication with Ian throughout the booking and stay. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Villa in a great location

This is a great family villa in a great location. The outside space is amazing with a wonderful swimming pool and if you prefer some time at the beach the pretty El Portet beach is just a 5 minute walk away. The villa itself is spacious and has everything a family will need for a relaxing holiday, including a lovely lounge area. The wi-fi is excellent and there is a smart TV with all streaming services available to keep the kids occupied with Netflix and Prime etc. There is air-conditioning throughout and was a welcome break from the fabulous 30+ degree heat. The owner of the property (Ian) was exceptionally helpful and very responsive to a few early questions we had and can't thank him enough for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Justo lo que buscábamos

Hemos estado 1 semana en la casa de Ian y nos ha encantado. La casa tiene todo lo que buscábamos: equipada, piscina, cerca de la playa y principalmente silencio/paz para descansar.
