Peaceful, traditional family Villa with private pool and fully enclosed gardens. Located in a quiet area with open valley views to mountains. Terraces, gardens and barbecue area. Off street parking for 2 cars. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Main bedroom is ensuite with a Superking bed. Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher.
Lovely West facing balcony. Ideal to relax and watch the sunset with a glass of wine.
TV with UK channels. Wifi.
Seating areas around the property. A lovely reading nook under the olive trees.
5 minutes drive from Moraira centre with its fabulous beaches, restaurants and weekly market.

Fantastic Villa

Easy check in and good instructions to find the villa.The villa itsekf is lovely, lots of space to relax, air con in all rooms, well stocked kitchen. The pool is the star of the show though. A little further out of Moraira town than i thought but none the less not too much of an issue. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Such a lovely area with lots to do and see. The villa was fine but the bedding although had been washed still had brown staining on it as did the beach towels, which wasn'f nice.If new bedding was purcahsed for all beds & new towels it would be much better.

Lovely Villa

A fantastic Villa in a great location. Lots of outdoor spaces and a great pool, quiet location with easy access into Moraira and the surrounding location. Great communication with the host, there were a few minor hygiene issues but nothing to put anyone off. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay here! The villa is beautiful, the views are stunning and the outside space is such a bonus. There are several seating areas including a balcony, a reading area and a bbq area. We were always able to find a spot in the sun. The pool is sparkling clean and a good size. The area feels very safe and quiet. It is a 5-10 minute drive to Moraira, where there are lots of restaurants, shops and bars as well as beaches. I’d recommend hiring a car if you choose to stay here so you can fully explore the area. Taxi’s into town are cheap. The villa had everything we needed. My only suggestion is that the towels could do with being upgraded as they’re a little small and tired. However, this did not affect our stay.I cannot fault the communication. Before our arrival, the owner reached out to us with details of check in and they were kindly able to accommodate an early check in. In addition, we received communication via WhatsApp with the housekeeper, Tracy. She was brilliant and was on hand for anything we needed. This made us feel relaxed and in safe hands!Overall, I’d definitely recommend this villa and we would love to come back!

Home from home, great Host!

To start the communication with the host was perfect, helped with local information, car hire etc. Check in was smooth with no waiting around as communicated well with all information required. The villa itself is perfect, 3 good sized bedrooms one with Ensuite. Aircon throughout. Kitchen is a good size with all equipment you need and Clean surfaces. It has a balcony with glass walls that can be opened up with a lovely view of surrounding area and sunsets. The whole place was very clean on arrival with a few essentials to get us going. Which was much appreciated. The housekeeper was brilliant helped us with a few things throughout our stay with no hesitation and was very prompt in doing so too. The pool area is tidy and has 6 beds so one for each guest with padded cushions for comfort. The pool is of good temperature and very clean as it is filtering constantly. Overall we have no negatives to say on this property. Would definitely book again if we was to stay in Moraira.
