Casa Inés is a perfect holiday villa for all families and couples. It is situated in a prime elevated position and takes full advantage of the spectacular Seaviews and Moraira town and is still only 5 mins drive from Moraira town and beach. It has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge / dining room. A relaxing naya sun room that has doors opening out to a large balcony overlooking Seaviews and Moraira town. There are plenty of cafes, bars and a good range of restaurants to suit everyone’s taste.

The property has recently been refurbished throughout and newly furnished.
The villa is detached with a south facing pool (sun all day!!) A remote controlled gate accesses the property with plenty of space for secure parking. The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with palm trees. The pool is kidney shaped with an outside shower. The terrace overlooking and surrounding the pool provides high quality sun beds plus a nearby table with 6 chairs under a covered outside naya suitable for meals during the day including BBQ. There are shaded areas around the property if you need to take a break from the sun. Towards the end of the day when all the other villas are going into the shade, Casa Inés is still enjoying the sunshine into the evening, so you get full use of the pool all day!

The main living area is on the first floor of the villa with 2 bedrooms both equipped with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom is located opposite the bedrooms with a large basin and a walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven and induction hob, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a filtered drinking tap and all the cooking utensils you will need on holiday.

The lounge dining room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating and foot bean bags. There is LCD TV with Spanish tv and Freesat UK channels (BBC, ITV, C4…and many more) and a Blu-ray player with a selection of DVD’s available for you to enjoy. Full fibre broadband with speeds up to 1Gb. In the dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs.

An external staircase leads you to the third bedroom located on the ground floor which has a double bed with air conditioning and en-suite that has a walk in shower.

The villa has full central heating for use through the winter months when it can get a bit chilly in the evening.
A Utility room is available with the use of a washing machine and there is also an outside rotary washing line available.

A local bar and restaurant is within walking distance of the villa for the nights you don't want to drive and there is a host of sporting activities in the area including jet skiing, boat trips, kayaking, cycling and a golf course with tennis courts and restaurant that is only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Spa treatments are also available at a nearby hotel, just 400 yards from the villa.

There are NO additional mandatory fees for air con and WiFi. All linen, towels and beach towels are INCLUDED. We will be as accommodating as possible to meet your requirements on change over days. Also we will endeavour to supply any special requirements, such as travel cot/high chair and bed guards for young children, on request.
