Welcome to the Hope Park 3 Bedroom Apartment, a stylish and spacious property in Edinburgh’s vibrant Southside. This fully private residence accommodates up to 6 guests.

It features three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers.

Guests have exclusive use of a bright living area and a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and all essential utensils. There is one private bathroom featuring a bathtub and a toilet, additionally there is a shower room featuring a walk-in shower with no toilet —both stocked with fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Located on the second floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement, the apartment is accessible by stairs only—please note, there is no lift.

Check-in is self-service only, via a secure key safe for added flexibility and privacy.

Parking is pay-and-display and can be limited. A recommended area is near Sciennes Primary School, where parking costs about 6.80 pounds per hour (Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–6 PM).

This central location offers excellent access to many of Edinburgh’s top sights. Take a short walk to Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat, ideal for nature lovers and panoramic views of the city. The Royal Mile is nearby, lined with historic buildings, local shops, and traditional pubs. Discover Scotland’s heritage at the National Museum, or explore the nearby Surgeons’ Hall Museums. The University of Edinburgh and Festival Theatre are also just minutes away. A pleasant stroll brings you to Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, and the lush Meadows Park, perfect for picnics or relaxing walks. The area is filled with cafes, restaurants, and boutiques, giving you a true taste of the city.

Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for checking in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro that is not applicable for Airbnb bookings.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to great restaurants, pubs, royal mile and many other sites. On bus route, therefore easy to travel to other parts of the city.The only reason I’m not giving it a higher rating is about the 2 bathrooms. I thought there was a toilet in each. For the 6 of us, an extra toilet would have been nice. Otherwise, the place was clean and easy to get to. Thanks so much for a great stay.
