Amazing house for group ski weekend

Great house for a large group! Lots of flexible options for sleep arrangements. Fun basement! Great hot tubs!

Awesome experience.

The house is wonderful, so well adapted to a large group. The manager was very helpful. Our extended family LOVED the house. Everyone had a room and most had a separate bathroom. The spa was terrific! The kitchen allowed gathering, talking, AND cooking, all at the same time. We had a fabulous time! The house was a star!

Big group paradise!

Plenty of room for a large group inside & out! Beautiful secluded setting just outside of town; Huge yard with grassy areas to play; Super comfortable beds; Plenty of hot water for all needs; Well stocked kitchen with dishes for a large group. Furnishings are in need of some maintenance.

Family Reunion in Daniel

The location is private, and the grounds are well kept. Daniel is a nice, quiet, and safe community. The children in the group enjoyed all of the grass. It is a working farm so be prepared for the possible sound of machinery at 5:45 a.m. There is ample parking and the use of the garage was nice. A huge plus was four refrigerators for the renters' use. There was adequate space to store non-perishabe items. Our group of 24 had plenty of room to spread out and suitable space for gathering together. The cousins enjoyed the bunk room, and the bathrooms are well placed. The location is close to Deer Creek Reservoir, and we enjoyed a day on the water as well as a train ride on the Heber Valley Railroad. The property was clean and, for the most part, well maintained. The property manager, Matt, was friendly and quick to respond to questions or concerns.
