Welcome to Heber! Your mountain getaway, or summer destination to the beautiful outdoors!

This home is located just around the corner from the Heber Walmart and is only a 20 minute drive from Sundance, and Deer Valley Ski Resort. Famous Park City is also just a short 25 minute drive and has some of the yummiest places to eat and ski at. If you are flying in from out of town you'll be happy to hear that this home is just 45 minutes away from Salt Lake City Airport. Come and enjoy your vacation getaway in cool and clean living.

*The nightly price is good for up to 16 people. Any amount of people over that (for day use) is an additional $25 per person per day. (Per Heber City guidelines, a maximum of 16 guests may stay overnight)

*We do allow pets! A $25 dollar fee is required per animal per day. We allow up to 4 animals. Please message how many you'll have and we can add the charge after booking. Thanks!

*The property accommodates up to 6 cars (All must fit in the garage and driveway. Street parking is not allowed for HEBER short term rentals- per Heber City Guidelines)

*Quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM.

*A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

*We do not provide propane for the BBQ, but sometimes there is some left behind by other guests. You are welcome to bring your own or fill up the tank we provide.

*We do not provide coffee or coffee filters. Often guests leave some of theirs behind

*Please let us know during your stay if anything is broken or damaged in anyway. We are only on the property to clean it and often don't use anything in the house so we need your voice to let us know if anything is wrong!

Beautiful home, very clean. Everyone had a nice bed. Space for everyone to enjoy. We played games, jogged in the neighborhood, played at the park around the corner, soaked in the hot tub, laid in the hammocks, cooked all our meals, close to museums, cave swimming, trail hiking & shopping at the outlet stores. Thank you for a great family experience for 5 families (not 5 motel rooms). Great price!

Great Home for Family Gathering

The house was very nice, clean and well kept. The host made it very easy to access the home. The only thing that could have been better is the mattress in the Master. It was a little too soft for my liking. Other than that, it was great! The kids loved the game room and the downstairs TV.

Nice week at a great house

Large house in Heber City. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of room for everyone. Really liked that there was plenty to keep the kids occupied with Foosball, hot tub, and a great downstairs entertainment area. Family felt really relaxed and comfortable (the beds were very comfortable). Kitchen and house in general was well stocked with the typical necessities. The drive was not bad for day trips into Salt Lake, Park City, or to Jordanelle lake. Grocery shopping is just a couple minutes away. Loved it, would stay again.

The perfect place for us.

Fantastic property! Great communication with property manager. Everything was as described. Spacious rooms and bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Fully stocked kitchen. It even had "bonus" kitchen appliances like an air fryer, crock pot, and a Keurig-type coffee maker as well as a regular type one. There were plenty of blankets throughout the house, and even a few games & puzzles. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would 100% stay here again.

Great Heber Base Camp

This was such a fun place for 6 adults and 9 kids (age 3-16) to hang out and enjoy a few days of spring break together. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but easy to find. It was great proximity to Park City, a walmart, and Heber downtown. The neighborhood park has tons of grassy area to run and play. We loved the two living areas for gathering in groups. The upstairs one was perfect for cozy movie nights, and the downstairs was great when smaller kids needed some down-time in the afternoons. The kitchen is well-stocked and well-set up. The table seats 8, and the bar area seats quite a few more. With the open concept into the living room there is plenty of space to be together and chat.

Welcome to the Heber Base Camp. We are the Rymer Family and are excited to have you enjoy our home. Our family loves to come to Heber from Salt Lake to enjoy the various activities and clean mountain air. In the winter, we love to hit the slopes at Deere Valley, cross country ski at Soldier Hollow, and snowshoe around the foothills. In the summer, we love to go mountain and road biking, hiking, and driving up Provo Canyon. Heber has a good variety of chain and local restaurants. Our current favorites are Tony’s Tacos and Heber Valley Pizza Company. Sometimes we take the short drive into Park City to shop and eat there.

If you were to ask our little girls their favorite activities they would say they love to go on hikes, play in the river, swim at Jordanelle, ride on the Heber Valley Railroad, go sledding, ride their scooters around a park, or swim at the Heber Aquatic Center. Afterwards, they usually insist on swinging by Dairy Keen or Grannys for a burger, fries, and ice cream.
