Things to note:

-There is only parking for up to 4 vehicles. Additional parking can be found .7 miles down the road at Walmart.

-Events or gatherings over 20 must be discussed with owner before booking.

-The nightly price is for up to 28 people. Any amount over that is an additional $50 per additional person over 28, per day. The limit for this property is 40. This includes visitors if the amount is over 28.

-We do not allow ANY events. No weddings.

-A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

-We do not provide propane so please bring your own or use one of our tanks to fill up in town.

-Our ice-maker in the fridge is left broken. Please plan accordingly.

-Our top bunks of our bunk beds are not made. This helps our cleaners with time between guests. Linens, blankets and pillows are provided for your convenience. Beds can be made for an additional fee of $100. Please message at least 48 hours in advance for beds to be made.

-At the end of your stay we have a list of check-out instructions for you to follow before departure. If you would like to opt out of this we can have the cleaners do the checkout instructions for $100. Please give at least 48 hours notice.

-There is 1 security camera on property. It is located above the garage and is there for security and safety precautions.

-There is absolutely no street parking. Unload and loading is limited to 15 minutes max.

-We provide Youtube TV for our cable provider. Which includes most NBA and NFL games. (Jazz games are blocked)
