This Epic 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom house is in the heart of Old Town Park City. Appropriately labeled 'Epic Lodge', this luxury mountain home is over 7000 sqft of living space and customized for your large group getaway! After a day of skiing or mountain biking, unwind in your own private hot tub or sauna, shoot a game of pool, or walk to the vibrant Historic Main street to enjoy the dozens of amazing restaurants and shops that Park City has to offer.

The Space:
Paramount among the quaint homes along the mountainside is this 10 bedroom Epic Lodge. It’s the perfect destination for a legendary ski trip, memorable family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette weekend, or corporate retreat. This is your home away from home, with an open concept layout with a huge double sized kitchen, 2 living rooms, billiards table and wet bar. On the ground level floor there is a sauna, and an oversized hot tub for 8 people, a spacious fully equipped ski room w/ boot warmers, and a 5 car garage. Too tired to walk? Take the elevator to all floors of the house. You have tons of bedrooms to choose from as well:

The home is fully equipped with ultra high speed internet (1gb Xfinity service!) and wifi repeaters throughout to ensure coverage in any room of the house. 12 flat screen TV's throughout the house. Multi-zone radiant heat system. Newly installed AC system. Additional individual PTAC heating/cooling systems in the bedrooms. On top of all that, the home comes fully equipped with all the essentials to make your trip a breeze. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, trash bags, dish soap, spices, and the list goes on. The kitchen is equipped with just about every thing you could ask for: multiple coffee makers, 2x fridge/freezers, 2x ovens, 10 burner dual range w/ commercial hood, 2x dishwasher, 2x sinks, microwave, toaster oven, slow cooker, massive amounts of counter space, walk in pantry, and just about every cooking dish/pot/pan/utensil you can think of. If you get a bit overwhelmed, just ask us for a recommendation for a private chef to come do all the cooking and cleaning for you and your family!

Guest Access:
The home comes with more parking than you could ever need. 5 attached garage spots with another 3 driveway spots will give you plenty of options for the whole group. All access doors have Yale automated locks and you'll be assigned your own personalized access code for your stay. No need for physical keys anymore! On the off chance you run into any issues, we're available anytime during your stay should you need assistance.

The Neighborhood:
The house is right in the thick of 'Old Town'. This is the most exclusive and premier location for all of Park City. Park City has evolved from a mid-nineteenth center silver mining settlement, to a year-round destination resort town, known for its world class accommodations, fine dining and historic charm. Old Town, also referred to as the Historic District, is undeniably the heart of Park City. Homes here will always be in high demand for that reason. Many primary residence buyers, eager to be in the midst of everything, are drawn to Old Town’s charm and vibrancy. It rates #1 in terms of walkability, ski access, and proximity to shops, restaurants, night life and special events. This isn't an upsell; ask any local or frequent visitor and they will absolutely confirm this location cannot be beat.

Getting Around:
Everything is within walking distance from you. Walk just one block to Park City Mountain Resort, or a short stroll to the iconic main street. If you wish to venture further you can take the free shuttle buses to Deer Valley or Canyons. The bus stop is located half a block away. Please see the Park City Transit for Park City’s Free Bus Schedule. Uber and Lyft are also other good way of transportation if needed and readily available in the Park City Area.

Other Things to Note:
CANCELLATION POLICY: We do allow cancellations up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a 3% cancellation fee on any deposits paid via credit card. Our payment processor does not refund the credit card fee, so we simply ask guests to cover that expense in the event they need to cancel more than 60 days before.

Epic trip
We had a fantastic stay at Epic Lodge. The house is perfect for a large group, tons of space and en-suite rooms are a huge plus. The location is perfect for an easy walk to slopes or town. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location
We spent 4 nights in Epic Lodge and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We were 19 (8 adults and 11 kids) and felt like the home presented more than ample space. The location is a 5 minute walk to the PC lifts and about a 15 minute walk to downtown. Communication with Jonathan was seamless and he was always very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for providing a beautiful home for our annual ski trip.

Perfect for our 24th annual ski trip. A group of 11 found the space ideal. Super comfortable and clean for a large crew with all the essentials plus a ski/boot room, hot tub, and an elevator for our old bones!

Great place to stay!
Great house with plenty of bedrooms (most with their own bathroom), huge common area, and fully stocked kitchen. The location is also very convenient, being about a ten minute walk to the Park City base and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Main Street area. Hosts were very communicative and the stay was very easy & enjoyable.
