Beautiful clean home and great location for a vacation with 12 adults and 11 kids. More than enough space for everyone with a kitchen large enough to accommodate cooking for that many people. Hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus. Highly recommend staying here!

Truly an awesome place. Everything in the house is super nice, and there is PLENTY of room for a large group! We especially appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes for large groups - two coffee makers, tons of plates, bowls, and utensils, and more!

The house is well appointed and spacious. It is close to downtown Park City - close enough for good walks in and out of town. It is also close to shopping and the bus services provided by park City. The host was very accommodating and good to work with.

This is our 3rd stay at the Epic Lodge for a group of 14 guys (now all old men) that went to school together in the mid 1970’s.Every 2 years we get together and the Epic Lodge is the perfect place to hold our reunions! The house is always immaculately clean, Jon and his people are very pleasant to deal with and easy to get in touch with, and it’s always been a great experience for us when we stay there. We’ll be sure to be back at Epic Lodge in 2028 for our next reunion - we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Amazing house and location. We held our company retreat in Park City and rented this house for 9 of our team members to stay and held our meetings in the house. The house sleeps like a hotel with all the rooms off main hallways and en-suite bathrooms which was perfect for our group. We were able to use the long dining table like a conference table and the lounging areas and pool table made it feel more cozy/ relaxing. We did not ski Park City because of lack of snow but it is ideal location to catch the lifts.

House was perfect for our family of 17. Loved the open floor plan for kitchen and gathering rooms. They put up a Christmas tree for us too. Very accommodating and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Great house.

Great house for family reunion!

We hosted a large group for a family reunion. The hosts were wonderful- responsive and accommodating. Check-in was easy and the home was very well equipped with plenty of space. Highly recommend!

Hosted our family reunion here for 12 adults and 6 kids. House was comfortable for everyone - folks could all hang in the common space, or retreat to their room. Well located allowed people to walk or catch the free bus up to Main Street or walk to the resort for some activities. Host very responsive and made our stay easy and enjoyable!

With 9 master bedrooms, this place is ideal for a large adult group. We celebrated a graduation and had a blast. The hosts are very accommodating.

This property was incredible and Jon and Brin were excellent hosts with prompt and clear communication. Our group stayed here during the summer. The house was amazing for our group of ten - everyone had their own bed and en-suite bathroom. The house’s location was awesome - a 20 minute walk or 4-minute uber. Truly couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Great place to stay!

Great house with plenty of bedrooms (most with their own bathroom), huge common area, and fully stocked kitchen. The location is also very convenient, being about a ten minute walk to the Park City base and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Main Street area. Hosts were very communicative and the stay was very easy & enjoyable.

Incredible Lodge

This rental is perfect for big groups. It has a perfect balance with plenty of common space and more than enough private space for a large group. Excellent location just a 2 minute walk from the resort.

We stayed at Epic Lodge in July 2025 for our family vacation. 11 kids & 10 adults. Lodge was very spacious. It was well stocked. We loved that it was close to town & we could just walk there. Park city has so much to do. One of our favorite vacations.
