It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a double couch bed, with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed, multiple storage spaces and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room also opens onto a little terrace, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

A shared powder bathroom has all the essentials, including a double sink, toilet, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

Lively and atmospheric, this street follows the old Roman road connecting the city centre to its northern neighbourhoods, showcasing striking 18th‑century architecture and one of Porto’s first pedestrian sidewalks. Home to a mix of historic ironmongery shops alongside modern boutiques, bars, and cafés, it reflects the city’s blend of tradition and contemporary urban spirit.

A stroll here reveals charming details—look up to admire decorative balconies and façades, or pause to sample handmade chocolates from a local atelier tucked between vintage stores. By day it’s a pleasant stretch for shopping or coffee, and by night it buzzes with a dynamic vibe thanks to its restaurants, wine bars, and renewed cultural energy.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Aliados, is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
